These Terms & Conditions apply between you, the User of this Website and Our Chic Shack, the owner and provider of this Website. 

Please read the description of goods alongside any photographic image to ensure understanding of “sizing”.

• Every effort is made to ensure sizing is clear and photographs reflect actual colours.
• A lot of our items are handmade or hand-painted and as such small differences may occur between the same product.
• If you are not satisfied with your goods, we want to help:

Shipping/postage costs for orders under £50.00 will be met by the customer.

We will use the cheapest postal option unless asked for an upgrade.

When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. 

Faulty or damaged goods will be refunded on receipt of the returned item and/or photographic evidence.

• Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused.
• All returns must be within 14 days of purchase.
• Discounted items are excluded from a refund but credit notes will be issued instead.

• Return shipping/postage costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer.
• Please always get a proof of posting.

Wants you to be 100% satisfied.  Please do get in touch if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase so we can deal with any issues as soon as possible.  We are always happy to help!
